Try this delicious fish soup. Fried vegetables, tender fish fillets, a little white wine and lemon juice - this is the secret of such a bright taste of the dish.
Chop the onion and celery into small pieces, the garlic into small pieces and the pepper into strips.
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry the onion for 5-6 minutes. Add bell peppers with celery and garlic, cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Add to the pan along with wine, herbs, salt and black pepper. Leave on fire for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in broth, add chopped tomatoes with juice and tomato paste. Stir and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the fish, cut into portions, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
