Donuts without deep fat in the oven

Oven-baked donuts do not claim to be dietary, but they are definitely less calories than those fried in boiling oil.

Ingredients
- Flour 230 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Dry yeast 7 g
- Egg yolks 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 glass
- Vegetable oil 45 ml
- Milk 160 ml
Cooking method

Mix the sifted flour with a pinch of salt and dry yeast. Beat egg yolks with sugar until white, pour in a little butter and warmed milk. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.

First, knead the dough with a food processor or a spatula for 2-3 minutes, then transfer it to a floured table and knead with your hands for another minute. Cover with plastic wrap and keep warm for an hour.
The finished dough will turn out to be sticky and very soft - as it should be, do not continue to “hammer” it with additional flour.

Sprinkle flour on the table again and roll out the dough that has come up to a centimeter thickness on it. Using a special shape or an ordinary glass, we cut out donuts from the layer.
If you wish, you can make another hole of a smaller diameter in the center of each, but if you are going to fill them in the future with filling, then skip this step.

Gently transfer the donuts to a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rise warm for another 45 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

Finished donuts can be covered with a layer of melted chocolate or plain sugar icing, filled with cream, jam, condensed milk or peanut butter.
The frosting is made from a mixture of a glass of powdered sugar with a couple of tablespoons of milk.
