Pumpkin and apple pie

Indulge in a delicious pumpkin and apple pie. In it, fruits perfectly set off the pumpkin taste, and condensed milk gives a pleasant sweetness.

Ingredients
- Butter 250 g
- Flour 400 g
- Salt 1 tsp spoon
- Water 130 ml
- Pumpkin 600 g
- Apples 1-2 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cinnamon ⅓ tsp spoons
- Vanilla sugar 10 g
- Condensed milk 150 g
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp spoon
- Egg 1 piece
Cooking method

Grate the butter in a bowl of flour and stir quickly. Add salt and ice water.
Place the butter in the freezer a couple of hours before making the dough.
Substitute the dough and separate about ⅓ part from it. Wrap both parts of the dough separately in foil and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Peel the pumpkin and seeds, then cut into small pieces or grate with apples.
Remove the zest from the lemon, squeeze the juice from the half. Add everything to the apple pumpkin. Sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar and stir.
Add condensed milk and starch to the filling, mix again.
Roll out a larger piece of dough into a thin layer.
Transfer the dough to a baking dish, make high sides and fill the dough with the filling.
Roll out the second piece of dough too and cut into strips no wider than two centimeters.
Place the dough strips over the filling to form a mesh. Cut off the excess parts of the strips with a knife.
Bend the high sides towards the center of the cake so that they cover the top strips by about a centimeter.
Beat the egg and brush over the cake.
Bake the pumpkin pie for about 40-50 minutes at 190 ° C.
