Baked turkey with vegetables

A turkey baked with a variety of vegetables and cheese will turn out delicious and juicy. Experiment with spices to add variety to your menu.

Ingredients
- Turkey fillet 500 g
- Medium carrot 1 piece
- Small zucchini 1 piece
- Potatoes 2-3 pieces
- Frozen green beans 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Cheese 50 g
- Spices to taste
Cooking method
Cut the turkey, carrots and zucchini into small pieces. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into slices. You do not need to peel off the peel.
Place the meat and all vegetables on a baking sheet in sectors. Salt. Sprinkle the vegetables lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with any spices you like. For example, basil or Provencal herbs.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. If your oven has a Grill setting, it is best to use it.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on the meat and cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature, until the meat and potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
