Chicken rolls with two types of cheese and spinach

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Spinach 200-250 g
- Cream cheese (cream cheese) 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Dried garlic to taste
- Mozzarella 60-80 g
Cooking method
Slice each chicken breast lengthwise to open like a book. Wrap in plastic wrap and beat with a kitchen mallet. Season with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, heat a spoonful of oil over medium heat. Fry the chopped spinach for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper, mix with cream cheese and dried garlic.
You can also use frozen spinach. It needs to be fried until the liquid evaporates.
Spread the filling over the chicken breasts in an even layer. Sprinkle with coarsely grated mozzarella on top. Wrap in rolls.
Lubricate the form with butter and put the rolls in it "seam" down. Bake for about 30–35 minutes at 180 ° C.
