Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Celery 1 stalk
- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
- Salt 2 tsp spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- White wine 180 ml
- Egg 1 piece
- Cheese 30 g
- Thyme 2-3 sprigs
- Parsley 2-3 sprigs
- Breadcrumbs 70 g
- Minced chicken 800-900 g
- Worcester sauce 1 tbsp spoon
- Ground black pepper ½ tsp spoons
Cooking method
Cut the onion and celery into small cubes. Chop the carrots in the same way or grate on a coarse grater.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the vegetables for 7-9 minutes until they are soft and lightly browned.
Salt, add garlic passed through a press and leave for another 30 seconds.
Raise the heat slightly, pour the wine into the same skillet and simmer until it evaporates, about 4 minutes. Stir constantly. Cool the prepared vegetable mixture.

Beat the egg lightly. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the thyme and parsley. Place everything in a bowl along with the breading, minced meat, sauce, pepper and salt.
With minced breasts and drumsticks, the roll will be juicier.
Stir the mixture well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Form a roll and place in a buttered bread pan. Bake for about 60 minutes at 190 ° C.
Remove the finished roll from the oven and leave for 10 minutes before slicing.
