Delicate oatmeal cookies with subtle cinnamon and nutmeg aromas are delicious on their own. And with sugar icing, it becomes even more appetizing.

Ingredients
- Oat flakes 200 g
- Flour 250 g
- Baking powder ½ tsp. spoons
- Ground cinnamon 1-2 tsp spoons
- Ground nutmeg ½ tsp spoons
- Butter 230 g
- White sugar 100 g
- Brown sugar 220 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Raisins 75 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon
- Powdered sugar 220 g
- Milk 1½ tbsp. spoons
- Water 1 tbsp. spoon
Cooking method
Grind the oatmeal in a blender. Combine with flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Beat the softened butter and both types of sugar with a mixer. You should get a lush mass.
Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.
Pour flour into the mixture in portions, whisking until smooth. Then add the raisins and stir to distribute them evenly.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Take a tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball and flatten with your hands to shape into a cookie. Place on a baking sheet. Shape all cookies in the same way.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool the finished cookies.
Mix the powder with milk and warm water. Gently dip each cookie into the frosting, place on a flat surface and leave until the frosting is completely set.
