Chicken liver with apples

Thanks to the spicy breading, the chicken liver in this dish turns out to be very juicy, and with apples it is even more harmonious in taste.

Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Green apples 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 2 tsp spoons
- White wine 75 ml
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground coriander ½ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ½ tsp spoons
- Chicken liver 600 g
Cooking method
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Core the apples, cut the fruit into wedges.
Heat half of the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until transparent.
Add sugar to the onion, stir, fry for another 2 minutes, and then add apples to the pan.
Cook the onion and apples under the lid for 5-7 minutes, then pour the wine into the pan and add salt to taste.
Evaporate the wine for 5-6 minutes and remove the apples and onions from the heat. Mix flour with nutmeg, salt, coriander and ground black pepper.
Dip the liver on all sides in the flour and spice mixture. Heat the remaining oil in a separate skillet.
Fry the liver until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side, then cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add apples and onions to the liver, stir and simmer together for 5-7 minutes.
