Oven-baked stuffed cauliflower

Cauliflower, baked in the oven with minced meat, cheese and tender béchamel sauce, turns out to be fragrant, tasty, soaked in meat juice.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 piece
- Tomato 1 piece
- Onions ½ pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Minced pork 450 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Tomato paste 2 tsp spoons
- Chili flakes ½ tsp spoons
- Dried oregano ½ tsp spoons
- Dried basil ½ tsp spoons
- Salt 1½ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ½ tsp spoons
- 2 tbsp butter spoons
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 600 ml
- Salt ⅔ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ½ tsp spoons
- Cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Cut the stalk out of the cauliflower. Boil the head of cabbage in boiling water for about 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Cut the tomato and onion into small pieces. Pass the garlic through a press. Combine everything in minced meat, egg, tomato paste, chili, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Gently fill the cabbage with minced meat in the place where the stump was. Wrap in foil and bake at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet, mix with flour and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in milk, stir and leave on fire for another 4-5 minutes. Stir constantly.
Add salt, pepper and half of the finely grated cheese to the sauce. Stir and remove from heat after a minute or two.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven, remove the foil from it. Drizzle over the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
