Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Butter 100 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Flour 40 g
- Milk 600 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chicken breast fillet 4 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
- Cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil in boiling water for 2 minutes. Pour 240 ml of liquid out of the pot; the rest of the water is not needed.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chopped garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add flour, stir and cook for another 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Pour in the warm milk and water remaining after cooking the cauliflower in a thin stream. Place again on the stove and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and brown in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Place the meat and cabbage in a dish greased with vegetable oil. Season with salt, pepper and sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C. Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking.
