Porcini mushrooms stewed in sour cream

Delicate dish with an amazing aroma of mushrooms and fried onions. Porcini mushrooms stewed in sour cream will perfectly complement any side dish.

Ingredients
- Porcini mushrooms 1¹⁄₂ kg
- Salt 4 tsp spoons
- Lavrushka 1 piece
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Butter 1 piece
- Sour cream 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method

Peel the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Put them in boiling water with 3 tablespoons of salt and lavrushka. After boiling again, cook for about 20 minutes.
How and how much to cook porcini mushrooms
Place the mushrooms in a colander and drain.
Chop the onion coarsely. Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
Place the mushrooms in the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes.
Then reduce heat, cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Stir several times during this time.
Add sour cream and, stirring occasionally, bring sauce to a boil. Season with the remaining salt and pepper. Cook, covered for another 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped herbs at the end, if desired.
