Oven baked potatoes with cauliflower

Stuffed potatoes with cauliflower, sour cream and spices are delicious, aromatic and incredibly tender, literally creamy.

Ingredients
- Large potatoes 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Cauliflower ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ head of cabbage
- Butter 1¹⁄₂ tbsp spoons
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
- Dried garlic ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cheese 50-70 g
- Greens to taste
- Milk 1-3 tsp spoons
Cooking method
Rub thoroughly washed and dried potatoes with vegetable oil. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200 ° C. The vegetables should be soft and golden brown.

Disassemble the cauliflower into florets and steam for 15 minutes.
How and how much to cook cauliflower
When the potatoes have cooled slightly, cut them in half lengthwise. Scrape the pulp with a spoon, forming boats.

Put potato pulp, cabbage, butter, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Purée with a crush.
If the filling is dry, add a little milk.
Fill the potatoes with the resulting filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Cook for another 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
