Ingredients
- Chokeberry 3 kg
- Vodka 2 liters
- Sugar 300 g
Cooking method
Sort the rowan berries, rinse and leave in a colander to drain all the liquid.

Place in sterilized jars, filling them to the very top. Use a sharp knife to stir the berries in the jar.

Fill the mountain ash with vodka completely. After 3 hours, add vodka so that it reaches the top of the cans.
Close the jars with lids and leave in a dark place at room temperature for 3 weeks. Shake the jar gently every few days.
Pour the liquid from the cans into a saucepan. Squeeze the juice from the berries and strain it. Add juice to the same saucepan.
Add sugar and simmer until completely dissolved.
Pour the liqueur into bottles and keep cool.
