Eggplants like mushrooms for the winter

Prepare eggplant for the winter, which tastes like mushrooms. You need a minimum of ingredients, experiment!

Ingredients
- Eggplant 1 500 g
- Garlic 1 head
- Hot pepper 1 piece
- Dill 1 small bunch
- Salt 1 tbsp. a spoon with a slide
- Vegetable oil 80 ml
- Vinegar 9% 70 ml
Cooking method
Cut the eggplants into medium pieces. Pour into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes after boiling again.
Place the eggplants in a colander to drain the liquid. Cool it down.
Chop the garlic, pepper and dill. Mix with salt, oil and vinegar.

Pour the marinade over the eggplants, stir gently. Spread over the jars, trying to tamp quite tightly, and cover with lids.
You will need 3 500 ml jars.
Place a towel at the bottom of the pan and put the jars there. Pour warm water over the shoulders and boil. Leave on moderate heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the cans carefully and roll up. Turn over, wrap with a blanket or blanket and cool completely. Keep cool.
