Zucchini stew with meat

Try this simple but delicious zucchini stew with meat. You will love this aromatic mix of a variety of vegetables, herbs and fried pork.

Ingredients
- Pork or other meat 350 g
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Onions 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Carrots 1 piece
- Bell peppers 2 pieces
- Potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Small zucchini 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Greens 1 bunch
Cooking method
Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat the oil in a skillet, put the meat there and fry under a lid over low heat for about 10 minutes. The liquid should evaporate.
Chop the onion finely, add to the pork. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 more minutes, until the onions are translucent.
Grate the carrots or cut into pieces. Pour into the meat, salt and pepper. Fry covered for 5 minutes.
Add pepper chunks, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
Chop the potatoes and zucchini not very coarsely, put in the pan, salt and pepper. After 5 minutes, add the tomato slices, salt and pepper.
Simmer stew for 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Add chopped herbs, stir and let stew a little under the lid.
