Make the pies in a new way: instead of the usual dough, make a vegetable dough. Zucchini whites will turn out to be very tasty, juicy and mouth-watering.
Peel the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Add salt, eggs, sour cream, and sifted flour with baking powder. Mix well.
The dough should not be too runny.
Chop the onion and combine with the minced meat, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Spoon the dough into the skillet with a tablespoon and flatten. Place the filling on top and cover with a second layer of dough.
All layers should be thin.
When the whites are browned on one side, turn them over and cook, covered for another 3-5 minutes.
