Chicken fried with zucchini and pepper

Chicken fried with zucchini and peppers is especially appetizing thanks to the addition of the sauce, as well as garlic and ginger.

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Sweet pepper 1-2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 450 g
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp spoons
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp spoons
- Rice vinegar 1 tbsp spoon
- Sugar 2 tsp spoons
- Green onions to taste
- Sesame to taste

Cut the zucchini and pepper into small pieces, chop the garlic and ginger with a knife.
Half a tablespoon of ginger is enough.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and roll in starch.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown the poultry on all sides for 6-8 minutes and place on a plate.
Reduce heat to low, add ginger and garlic and cook for 20-30 seconds.
Raise the heat, add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
While the vegetables are roasting, combine the soy sauce with the vinegar and sugar.
Return the chicken to the skillet, top with the sauce and cook for about a minute, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle the finished dish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
