Applesauce is a delicate and delicious fruit dessert that will appeal not only to children. And to make such a blank for the winter is not at all difficult.

Ingredients
- Apples 1 500 g
- Water 150 ml
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method
Peel and core the apples. Cut the fruit into medium-sized pieces, put in a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Stir frequently.

Pour sugar into a saucepan and grind everything with a blender. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
Use more or less sugar depending on the sweetness of the apples.

Pour the finished puree into sterilized jars and cover with lids.
Four 500 ml cans are enough.
Place the containers in a saucepan with a cloth on the bottom. Fill with hot water so that it does not reach the top of the cans.
When the water just starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and leave the pan on it for 20 minutes.
Remove the puree jars from the pot and close the lids. Cover with a blanket or blanket, and store cool after cooling.
