This delicious grated plum pie is really easy to prepare. Loose dough and juicy sweet and sour filling complement each other very cool.
Mash the softened butter with sugar and mix with an egg. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the seeds from the plums. Heat butter in a frying pan, add sugar, and after 1 minute add plums.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Separate about ⅔ of the dough, roll out and place in a mold, forming small sides.
