Ingredients
- Butter 115 g
- Flour 120 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp. spoon
- Chicken yolk 1 piece
- Jam 3 tbsp. spoons
- Brandy or cognac 1 tbsp spoon
- Plums 650-700 g
- Cinnamon ½ tsp spoons
- Grated lemon zest 1 tsp spoon
- Sugar 50 g
Cooking method
Cut the cold butter into slices. In a blender, grind it along with the sifted flour, salt and sugar. Add the yolk and knead the dough.
Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then put in a mold and distribute in an even layer, making small sides.
Place the cake base in an oven preheated to 230 ° C for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 190 ° C and bake for another 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
Reduce the temperature to 180 ° C. Combine the jam and brandy and spread over the tart base.

Cut the plums into halves or quarters and place on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and finely grated lemon zest.
Use any jam or jam you like.
Bake the plum pie for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and cool.
