Plum Pie with Streusel

Ingredients
- Flour 180 g
- Sugar 30 g
- Fast-acting yeast ¾ h. spoons
- Salt ¼ tsp spoons
- Milk 60 ml
- Butter 45 g + for lubrication
- Chicken yolk 1 piece
- Vanilla extract ½ tsp spoons
- Plums 400 g
- Sugar ½ tbsp. spoons
- Flour 45 g
- Ground cinnamon ¼ tsp spoons
- Sugar 35 g
- Butter 20 g
Cooking method
Combine flour with sugar, yeast and salt.

Pour milk into a bowl and add butter. Heat slightly in the microwave. Milk should be warm and butter softened.
If the milk is too hot, cool it slightly.

Add milk with butter, yolk and vanilla to the dry ingredients, knead into a soft dough.
If the dough is too sticky and damp, add a little more flour.
Place the dough in a greased pan, spread evenly and form into small rims.
Cut the plums into quarters, place on the dough and sprinkle with sugar. Leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Mash the flour, cinnamon, sugar and cold butter into small pieces to make small crumbs. Sprinkle this mixture over the plums.
Bake the cake for about 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
