Zucchini boats with bacon and eggs

Prepare such baked zucchini boats and serve the usual scrambled eggs in a new way. The dish will turn out to be beautiful, tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Onions 1 piece
- Bacon 100 g
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cherry 2-3 pieces
- Eggs 4-6 pieces
- Green onions to taste
- Cheese to taste
Cooking method
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into halves. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh so that the vegetables resemble boats.
Chop the zucchini pulp, onions and bacon into small pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the onion and bacon for 4-5 minutes.
Add the zucchini pulp and cook the same amount. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the boats with toasted filling. Add cherry halves, place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C for 12 minutes.
If the courgettes are not too firm, trim them slightly underneath with a knife.
Add eggs to each zucchini, salt. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake for another 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished boats with chopped green onions.
