Cucumber and apple salad for the winter

An unusual salad of cucumbers, apples and peppers for the winter may seem strange at first. But it really turns out to be delicious and fragrant.

Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 kg
- Apples 1¹⁄₂ kg
- Bulgarian pepper ¹⁄₂ kg
- Salt 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 100 g
- Greens 1 bunch
- Onions 2 pieces
- Garlic 8-10 cloves
- Vegetable oil 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp spoons
- Black peppercorns several pieces
- Allspice peas several pieces
- Carnation several pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece
Cooking method

Cut the butts off the cucumbers. Remove cores from apples, seeds and partitions from peppers. Cut into slices.
Ingredient weights are shown in refined form.
Place vegetables and fruits in a large saucepan. Add salt and sugar and stir. Leave it on for 2 hours.
Then put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Chop herbs, onions and garlic and place in a saucepan. Add oil, vinegar, peppercorns, cloves and lavrushka. Stir and cook, covered for another 5 minutes.

Divide the salad into sterilized jars, roll up and turn over. Wrap something warm and cool.
