Sour cream cake without baking

It is very easy to make this delicate sour cream cake without baking, the main thing is to be patient and wait until it hardens.

Ingredients
- Butter 130 g
- Cookies 350 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 200 g
- Cornstarch 4 tbsp spoons
- Sour cream 530 g
- Butter 100 g
- Chocolate to taste
Cooking method
Melt the butter in a water bath and cool.

Grind the cookies so that you get crumbs. The easiest way to do this is with a blender.
Use different cookies to get new flavors every time.
Mix with butter and place in a cake tin. Smooth and press down lightly.
In a saucepan, beat eggs with a pinch of salt, sugar and starch. Add sour cream and stir well.
Place the saucepan on low heat and simmer until thick, about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove cream from heat, stir in butter and cool slightly.

Apply the cream evenly to the cookie base. Sprinkle with finely grated chocolate on top.
Use white or dark chocolate.
Leave the finished cake in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours to freeze.
