Cookie cake "Curd house"

Make a very nice and simple cheese house cake made from chocolate chip cookies. Delicate cream, banana, frosting and coconut flakes are the perfect dessert!

Ingredients
- Butter 100 g
- Curd 250 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar to taste
- Rectangular chocolate chip cookies 12 pieces
- Milk 100-200 ml
- Banana 1 piece
- Cocoa powder 1 tbsp a spoon
- Chocolate 100 g
- Milk 50 ml
- Butter 25 g
- Coconut flakes to taste
Cooking method
Melt the butter and cool.
Beat the cottage cheese with butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer.
Line a large cutting board with cling film. Take a larger sheet of film so that the edges hang down on all sides.
Dip each cookie in warm milk and arrange three rows on a board. Each row will have four cookies.
Gently brush the cookies with half the curd cream.
Peel the banana, cut it in half lengthways and into several large pieces. Lay them along the "cake" in the middle with the cut down.
Mix the other half of the cream with cocoa. Cover the banana completely with it.
Holding the plastic wrap, lift one side of the cookie and press it against the banana filling. Do the same on the other side to make a triangular "house".
Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Break up the chocolate and place in a small saucepan. Add milk and butter. While stirring, melt in a water bath until smooth.
Remove the wrap from the cake, cover the dessert with icing and sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
