Creamy cake without baking with dried fruits, nuts and port

A cake without baking with fragrant dried fruits and butter cream turns out to be incredibly tender and appetizing, and it is not at all difficult to make it.

Ingredients
- Dried fruits 300 g
- Port wine 180 ml
- Chocolate cookies 230 g
- Nuts 50 g
- Fat cream 600 ml
- Powdered sugar 25 g
- Ground ginger ΒΌ tsp spoons
- Chocolate to taste
- Nuts to taste
Cooking method
Chop dried fruits, fill with port and leave for 2-3 hours.
Cover a detachable baking dish with cling film so that the edges hang out.
Grind the cookies with nuts with a blender.
Beat the cream with a mixer on medium speed until soft peaks. Add ginger powder and beat for a few more minutes until peaks are stable.
Combine cream with dried fruit and port.

Pour half of the chopped cookies and nuts into a mold, put half of the cream on top. Repeat the layers one more time.
Change the number of layers as you see fit.
Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Remove the dessert from the mold and remove the plastic wrap. Garnish with grated chocolate and nuts.
