German No-Bake Cookie Cake

Try this simple and incredibly delicious no-bake cookie cake with the most delicate chocolate cream and the incomparable aroma of vanilla and rum.

Ingredients

• Dark chocolate 300 g
• Milk chocolate 200 g
• Fat cream 160 ml
• Coconut oil 120 ml
• Vanilla extract 1 tsp a spoon
• Rum to taste
• Cookies 120 g

Cooking method

• Chop the chocolate and place in a saucepan along with the cream and coconut oil. Stir constantly and melt over low heat.

• When the mixture is smooth, remove it from the stove. Add vanilla extract and rum.

• Apply a thin layer of chocolate cream to the bottom of the rectangular silicone mold.

• Spread the cookies in one layer. Make sure that it is not in close contact with the walls of the form, but at a short distance from them.

• Brush the cookies with chocolate and keep repeating layers. There should be a cream on top.

• Cover the finished cake with cling film and refrigerate for 10-12 hours. Remove carefully from the mold.

• When serving, cut the dessert into thin slices.
