German No-Bake Cookie Cake

Try this simple and incredibly delicious no-bake cookie cake with the most delicate chocolate cream and the incomparable aroma of vanilla and rum.

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 300 g
- Milk chocolate 200 g
- Fat cream 160 ml
- Coconut oil 120 ml
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp a spoon
- Rum to taste
- Cookies 120 g
Cooking method
Chop the chocolate and place in a saucepan along with the cream and coconut oil. Stir constantly and melt over low heat.
When the mixture is smooth, remove it from the stove. Add vanilla extract and rum.
Apply a thin layer of chocolate cream to the bottom of the rectangular silicone mold.
Spread the cookies in one layer. Make sure that it is not in close contact with the walls of the form, but at a short distance from them.
Brush the cookies with chocolate and keep repeating layers. There should be a cream on top.
Cover the finished cake with cling film and refrigerate for 10-12 hours. Remove carefully from the mold.
When serving, cut the dessert into thin slices.
