Simple no-bake cake with sour cream

You don't need an oven to make this sour cream cake. All you need is a frying pan and the simplest ingredients, which are always at hand.

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 jokes
- Sugar 150 g
- Corn starch 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 500 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp a spoon
- Butter 50 g
- Flour 250 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 70 g
- Butter 150 g
Cooking method
Whisk the eggs, sugar and starch in a saucepan. Add sour cream and stir well to make a homogeneous mixture.
Place the pot on low heat and simmer the cream for about 5-6 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat, combine with vanilla and butter. Cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine flour, salt and sugar. Dip the chilled butter in this mixture, grate and grind into crumbs along with the rest of the flour.
Divide the oil apart to make it easier to rub.
Transfer the crumbled mass to a skillet and fry over low heat until golden brown. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Divide the cream and cake base into several equal pieces.

Layer base and cream - the easiest way to do this is to use a ring. The top layer of the cake should be creamy.
You can adjust the diameter and height of the cake as you wish.
Leave the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
