The easiest mini cake without baking

In just 15 minutes, a delicious cake will be ready without baking from white bread, cream and chocolate paste. This recipe is a real lifesaver.

Ingredients

• Whipping cream (with a fat content of at least 33%) 300 g
• Chocolate paste 100 g
• White sandwich bread 5-6 slices
• Milk 3-5 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

• Add the chocolate paste to the cold cream. Beat with a mixer until the cream is smooth and fluffy, reminiscent of mousse.

• Cut off the crusts from slices of bread so that only the soft part remains.

• Place some cream on a plate. Place a piece of bread on top, brush it with milk, and then cover with a fairly thick layer of cream. Smooth so that the cream is on the sides of the crust.

• Collect the whole cake in the same way. Cover the top and sides with the rest of the cream and smooth.

• You can serve it right away or let it sit in the refrigerator for a while.
