The same tiramisu. Luxurious dessert without baking

One of the variations of the famous Italian tiramisu made from the original Savoyardi biscuits with the addition of coffee, liqueur, mascarpone and cream.

Ingredients
- Strong black coffee 400 ml
- Brown sugar 2 tsp spoons
- Vodka 4 tbsp. spoons
- Coffee liqueur 4 tbsp spoons
- Mascarpone 500 g
- Fat cream 600 ml
- Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Dry instant coffee 2 tbsp. spoons
- Savoyardi cookies 300 g
- Chocolate 50 g
- Cocoa to taste
Cooking method
Combine black coffee with sugar, vodka and three tablespoons of coffee liqueur.
Whisk with a mascarpone mixer for 2 minutes. Add cream, icing sugar and vanilla. Whisk again.
Set aside about ⅓ of the cream in a separate bowl. Toss with instant coffee and leftover liqueur.
Dip the cookies in a mixture of coffee and vodka and put in one layer on a dish or in a mold.
Brush with half the buttercream and sprinkle with finely grated chocolate.
Top with another layer of moistened cookies, brush with coffee cream and sprinkle with chocolate again.
Spoon leftover cookies, cover with buttercream and decorate with cocoa.
Leave the cake in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours before serving.
