Gooseberry Five-Minute Jam tastes delicious. It will be a great addition to baked goods or a stand-alone dessert.

Ingredients
- Gooseberry 1 200 g
- Sugar 1 kg
- Water 200 ml
Cooking method
Sort out the gooseberries, remove the tails and stalks. Rinse the berries under running water and dry.
Place the gooseberries in a saucepan, add half the sugar and shake gently several times. Leave it on for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
Place a saucepan of gooseberries on low heat, add water and bring to a boil. Add remaining sugar and stir gently. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
Boil the jam for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and leave for several hours to cool completely.
Put the gooseberries back on the stove and, after boiling, boil over low heat for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat again and cool for a few hours.
The third time, boil the jam for another 5 minutes, and then pour it into sterilized jars and cover with lids. Turn over, wrap in a blanket or blanket and leave to cool completely.
