Scientists asked 658 students for 13 days to record events associated with them and describe their emotional state. After analyzing the test records revealed that most happy they were in those days, when doing something creative.
The most common kinds of creativity among the students were writing the songs, creative writing (poetry, small stories), crochet and knitting, cooking new dishes, drawing, graphic design, digital design and music performances.
This study revealed another interesting result, worthy of special attention.
The subjects feel happier, not only at the time of performing creative tasks, but the next day after that.
This means that creativity has a positive effect on well-being and health in the long term.
What if you do not consider yourself a creative
