Lightly salted cucumbers with tomatoes

Lightly salted cucumbers with tomatoes and peppers are aromatic and rich. Such assorted vegetables will be ready in one to two days.

Ingredients
- Salt 4 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 4 tbsp. spoons
- Water 2 l
- Bay leaves 5 pieces
- Cucumbers 1 kg
- Tomatoes 500 g
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Sweet pepper 1-2 pieces
- Hot pepper 1 piece
- Dill and parsley a few twigs
Cooking method
Dissolve salt and sugar in water. Add lavrushka to the brine, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Cut the butts off the cucumbers. Cut out the place where the stalks are attached from the tomatoes or make several punctures on each vegetable with a fork.
Chop the garlic not too finely. Cut sweet peppers into medium pieces, hot peppers into quarters lengthwise or finer.
Place all vegetables and chopped greens in a clean jar. Pour in boiling brine and cover.

Leave the platter at room temperature for 1-2 days. If you are not going to serve ready-made salted vegetables right away, put them in the refrigerator.
The longer the vegetables stand, the richer the taste will turn out.
