A zucchini roll with spicy herbs, spicy parmesan and appetizing filling is simple to prepare, but it will even decorate a festive table.

Ingredients
- Small zucchini 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan 50 g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dill ¼ bunch
- Parsley ¼ bunch
- Eggs 5 pieces
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ham 200 g
- Mozzarella 200 g
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, salt, mix and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Grate Parmesan on a fine grater. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Finely chop the greens.
Beat eggs with a whisk. Add the parmesan, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly again.
Squeeze the zucchini from the juice and combine with the egg mass. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes.
Cut the ham into thin slices, grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater.
Put the finished crust together with the paper on a board, evenly put the ham and cheese on it.
Lift the edges of the paper and carefully roll the cake into a tight roll, fold the edges of the paper.
Transfer the roll to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the paper from the roll and cut into thick slices.
