Stuffed potatoes with minced beef

Stuffed potatoes are baked with ground beef filling and cheese. The dish turns out to be very satisfying, aromatic and beautiful.

Ingredients
- Large potatoes 2-4 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tsp spoons
- Green onions 3-4 pieces
- Dried oregano 1 tsp a spoon
- Fresh thyme 2-3 sprigs
- Ground beef 280 g
- Tomato sauce 120 g
- Cheese 120-150 g
Cooking method
Wrap each potato in foil and bake for 45 minutes at 200 ° C.
Heat oil in a skillet over low heat. Place the white and green slices of the chopped onion. Cook until slightly softened.
Add oregano and chopped thyme. Stir for 20 seconds.
Place the minced meat in a skillet, increase the heat to medium and stir thoroughly.
Fry until the meat changes color from red to brown. Add tomato sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Do not fully open the foil in which the potatoes were baked. Cut the tops off the vegetables and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Fill the potatoes with the meat filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Bake for another 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
