Hasselbeck potatoes stuffed with sausage and cheese will be a hit on your menu. The dish looks incredibly impressive, it turns out delicious and very aromatic.

Ingredients
- Large potatoes 4 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salami or other sausage 150 g
- Tomato sauce or ketchup 2 tbsp spoons
- Cheese 170 g
- Greens to taste

Make several transverse cuts on each potato without cutting through to the end.
For convenience, it is fashionable to put wooden sticks along the potatoes. Then the knife will rest against them, and you will not be able to cut through the vegetables completely.
Place vegetables on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Cut the sausage into slices and place in the slits. Pour sauce or ketchup over potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
If desired, some of the cheese can be inserted into the cuts along with the sausage.
Cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
