Ingredients
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Mixture of Italian herbs 2 tsp spoons
- Paprika ½ tsp spoons
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Potatoes 8-10 pieces
- Feta 100 g
- Creamy processed cheese 250 g
- Curd cheese 100 g
- Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Bacon 150 g
- Hard cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Pass the garlic through a press, mix half with herbs, paprika and oil.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brush with oil and spices, wrap in foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Mash the feta with a fork. Combine with melted and curd cheese, mayonnaise, leftover garlic and pepper.
Allow the potatoes to cool slightly, cut the ends off the narrow sides and carefully cut the cores out with a teaspoon.
Fill the vegetables with cheese filling. Wrap the outside tightly with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Reduce the oven temperature to 160 ° C. Bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle the stuffed potatoes with cheese and cook for another 10 minutes.
