Grated raspberry and blackberry pie

Grated pie with raspberries and blackberries turns out to be crumbly, aromatic and very tasty. Be sure to try it, the more it is easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- Flour 400 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp a spoon
- Butter 180 g + for lubrication
- Egg 1 piece
- Salt ¼ tsp spoons
- Sugar 100 g + 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
- Raspberry 200 g
- Blackberries 100-150 g
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp spoons
Cooking method
Combine the sifted flour with baking powder. On a coarse grater, grate the chilled butter into flour and grind everything into crumbs.
Beat the egg first with salt and 100 g of sugar, and then with sour cream. Add to flour mixture and knead the dough.
Separate about ⅓ of the dough and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Put the remaining dough in the refrigerator for the same time.
Sprinkle the berries with starch with one or two tablespoons of sugar and mix gently.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a layer. Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle raspberries on top and smooth.
Grate the frozen dough directly over the filling, spreading it out in an even layer.
Bake the grated raspberry pie at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
