Hyundai will launch unmanned minibuses

Hyundai Motor Company presented in South Korea, the unmanned public transport RoboShuttle. Special minibuses based on the Hyundai H350 will run on a 6.1 km route in the city of Sejong. Passengers will be able to book a ride through the app on their smartphone, choosing one of 20 stops for boarding.
The car will be able to select the most optimal route by itself, taking into account all orders, in order to save time. Shucle, Korea's first ride-sharing service, is responsible for optimizing travel.
The minibus is equipped with a set of modern technology sensors based on artificial intelligence, allowing it to correspond to the fourth level of autonomy. For safety, there will be a driver in the cabin, who will be able to take control if necessary.
RoboShuttle is expected to make public transport more efficient. The drone operation will begin on August 9, and test trips will start on July 12.
