Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Hard cheese 100 g
- Parsley 2-3 sprigs
- 2 tbsp butter spoons
- Salt to taste
- White bread 2 slices
- Milk 100 ml
- Onions 1 piece
- Minced chicken 600 g
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs 100 g
- Vegetable oil 50 ml

Boil two eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Finely grate eggs and cheese. Chop the parsley.

Combine boiled eggs with cheese, parsley and softened butter, add salt to taste.
Shape the curd into 6-8 small blocks and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the crust off the bread and soak the crumb for 5-10 minutes in milk. Peel the onion and grate it on a coarse grater.
Squeeze the bread and combine with onions and minced meat. Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Beat the remaining eggs with a fork and a pinch of salt.
Divide the minced meat into 6-8 equal parts, from each make a flat cake.
Place a block of cheese filling in the center of each flatbread, cover it with minced meat and form oblong zrazy.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip the zrazy in eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over high heat until golden brown.
