Grilled salad with zucchini, herbs and feta

This delicious and healthy salad is a cool summer meal. The juiciness of grilled zucchini goes well with delicate cheese and spicy onion dressing.

Ingredients
- Red onion ΒΌ pieces
- White wine vinegar 3 tbsp spoons
- Olive oil 4 tbsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Zucchini 500 g
- Green salad 400 g
- Feta or goat cheese 100 g
- Walnuts 1 handful
Cooking method
Preheat your grill. Mix chopped red onion with vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and black pepper there, mix well.
Cut the zucchini into small cubes or slices, brush with the remaining olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill vegetables. Put the finished pieces on a plate and let cool slightly.
Divide the onion dressing into two equal parts. Put zucchini in one, mix the second with lettuce. Add more salt and pepper if necessary.
First place the salad on the plates, then the zucchini divided into equal portions. Sprinkle with chopped feta or goat cheese and nuts on top.
