Beef stir fry with broccoli

Beef fried with broccoli in a fragrant sauce is an appetizing dish in the tradition of Asian cuisine. It takes literally 15 minutes to cook it.

Ingredients
- Beef 450 g
- Onions 1 piece
- Broccoli 350-400 g
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Ginger 1 piece
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp a spoon
- Sherry or dry red wine 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sunflower or other vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 80 ml
- Chicken broth or water 80 ml
- Brown sugar 75 g
- Sherry or dry red wine 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp a spoon
- Ground black pepper ½ tsp spoons
- Corn starch 1½ tbsp spoons
Cooking method
Cut the beef into small oblong pieces, the onion into small pieces. Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences.
Pass the garlic through a press. Grate the ginger on a fine grater - 1 tablespoon is enough.
Pour the soy sauce and sherry over the meat and stir. Set aside while you work on the sauce.
Combine soy sauce with broth, sugar, sherry, sesame oil, pepper and starch.
In a wok or deep skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Brown the beef for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add garlic, ginger and onion. Cook for 1 more minute.
Add broccoli and cook together for 1 minute. Pour the sauce over, stir and remove from heat after a minute.
