Turkey goulash with mushrooms and spices

Ingredients
- Onions 4-5 pieces
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Turkey fillet 1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cinnamon 2 tsp spoons
- Paprika 2 tbsp. spoons
- Starch 3 tbsp. spoons
- Potatoes 5 pieces
- Champignons 750 g
- Celery 6 stalks
- Sweet pepper 1-2 pieces
- Carrots 2-3 pieces
- Tomato paste or ketchup 4 tbsp spoons
- Dry red wine 200 ml
- Chicken broth 500 ml
Cooking method
Chop the onion and garlic. Fry with oil in a saucepan or deep skillet for 4-5 minutes.
Add the turkey, cut into small pieces, salt, black pepper, cinnamon and paprika. Fry for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add potato starch, mix well and cook for another minute.
Cut potatoes, mushrooms and celery into small pieces, bell peppers into strips. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Add mushrooms to the pan along with other vegetables and tomato paste, pour over with wine and broth.
When the liquid comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 1 hour.
