Pork goulash with gravy

Pork goulash with gravy turns out to be surprisingly tasty with juicy and appetizing meat, and wine adds unusual notes to the taste.

Ingredients
- Pork 800-900 g
- Flour 5-6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Onion 2 pieces
- Sweet peppers 2 pieces
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Broth 400-450 ml
- Dry red wine 60 ml
- Paprika 2 tbsp. spoons
- Allspice peas to taste
- Water 80 ml
Cooking method
Cut the pork into small pieces. Dip in a mixture of two to three tablespoons of flour, salt and ground black pepper.
In a thick-walled saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the pork in portions until each bite is browned on all sides. Lay out the meat.
In the same bowl, lightly brown the onion, cut into halves or quarters, and the pepper, for 4–5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30-50 seconds.
Return the meat to the pot. Add broth, wine, tomato paste, paprika, ground black and allspice.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for an hour and a half under the lid.
Combine cold water and three tablespoons of flour. Add to a saucepan, stir and cook over low heat until desired consistency for another 15-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
