Import your feeds to iGoogle

The use of special home page like iGoogle and Netvibes There are many advantages. But usually, by the time when the user decides to get own page, he already has a landscaped RSS-reader. So how do you move your feeds from, say, Google Reader to iGoogle?
1. Are exported feeds in OPML-file (direct link for GReader'a).
2. Open OPML-file in your favorite text editor, and copy all the contents.
3. Save the settings file iGoogle (the bottom of the page iGoogle Settings).
3.1. Make a copy of the resulting .xml-file (just in case).
4. Paste the contents of the OPML file-to-end file iGoogle settings before stitching (As shown in the screenshot).
5. Save the .xml-file which and import it into iGoogle (in the same place and exported).
You can also export them feed from iGoogle, just do everything in reverse order.
P.S. The method has been tested only with OPML, obtained from Google Reader and Netvibes. With other RSS-reader may be a problem. We would be grateful if you accomplish your goal in the comments, how they behave feeds from other applications.
