Creamy crab stick croquettes

The combination of crispy crust and the most delicate crab filling will make croquettes your favorite dish. Cook more immediately, because you won't want to share!
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Crab sticks - in thin strips or grate.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the onion until soft for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the onion, cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly.
Stir constantly, pour milk into the pan in a thin stream, cook the sauce for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Add crab sticks, salt and pepper to taste to the pan, cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Remove crab sticks from heat, transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Beat the egg with a fork. Pour the remaining flour and crackers into two bowls. Heat oil in a saucepan or deep skillet.
Roll 12 small balls from the cooled mass. Sprinkle each croquet with flour on all sides, dip in an egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry croquettes for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
