Dumplings with cottage cheese on kefir

Delicate kefir dough goes well with sweet filling. Supplement the dumplings with cottage cheese with sour cream, then it will turn out even tastier.

Ingredients
- Kefir 300 ml
- Soda 1 tsp the spoon
- Flour 350-370 g
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
- Curd 400 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream to taste
Cooking method
Mix kefir with soda.
Combine about 250-300 g flour and salt. Pour in kefir and mix well.
Pour in the remaining flour little by little, kneading into a soft, elastic dough.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

For the filling, mix the curd with the egg and sugar.
Use a curd that is not too moist.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles using a glass.
Place the curd filling on each piece and seal the edges.

Boil lightly salted water in a saucepan and dip the dumplings into it. After boiling again, cook for about one and a half to two minutes.
