Fried dumplings with beets

If you want something a little different, try these beetroot dumplings. The filling turns out to be interesting, and the golden brown crust makes the dish even more appetizing.

Ingredients
- Beets 2-3 pieces
- Onions ½ pieces
- 1 tbsp butter the spoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Egg 1 piece
- Water 120 ml
- Flour 280 g
- Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. spoons

Boil the beets, grate or grind in a blender. Squeeze lightly.
How much to cook beets and how to speed up the process
Fry the beets in a dry skillet for about 1 minute.
Chop the onion very finely and fry in butter for about 3-5 minutes.
Combine the beets with onions, salt and pepper. Cool it down.
Beat the egg lightly with water and a pinch of salt. Add flour and knead to an elastic dough.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and use a glass or other utensil to cut round pieces out of it.
Place the filling on each of them and gently pinch the edges.

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the dumplings until golden brown, first on one side, and then on the other.
Dumplings you can first boil, and then fry. Do as you like. Put the finished dumplings on paper towels to remove excess fat.
