Wholegrain Strawberry Pie without Eggs

This plump and tender strawberry pie is made without eggs. Vanilla gives it a pleasant aroma, and berries and lemon juice give it a slight sourness.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil 120 ml + for lubrication
- Natural yogurt 250 g
- Soda ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Whole grain flour 190 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Sugar 150 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp the spoon
- Milk 80 ml
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp the spoon
- Strawberries 10-15 pieces
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate a 20 cm mold with oil.
Pour baking soda into yogurt, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
Combine the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
In another bowl, whisk very thoroughly or stir in the sugar and vegetable oil with a spatula.

Add yogurt to the butter mass. Then pour in the vanilla extract.
Instead of the extract, you can take a pinch of vanillin, but it must be added to the flour.
Stir in flour until smooth. But don't stir the dough too vigorously.
Add milk and lemon juice and stir again.
Pour the dough into a mold. Arrange slices or halves of strawberries on top.
Bake the cake for 30–35 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the dough dry.
After cooling down, sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar.
