Ingredients
- Curd 100 g
- Powdered sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Candied fruits 40 g
- Small apples 4 pieces
- Flour 320 g
- Cocoa powder 6 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Butter 300 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Eggs 6 pieces
Cooking method
Rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve and mix thoroughly with powdered sugar and flour.
Add candied fruits to the curd and mix well. Peel the apples, cut the core of the fruit. Stuff the apples with the curd mixture.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a round baking dish with parchment paper.
Sift flour along with cocoa powder and baking powder.
Beat the softened butter with sugar using a mixer until fluffy, light mass.
